Account deletion

On this page you can permanently delete your Zvezdana account and all associated data. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — once confirmed, the account and data cannot be recovered. Below we explain how deletion is started, exactly what is deleted, what we are legally required to retain, and how to contact us if you cannot sign in.

1. How to delete your account

You can start deletion in two ways, both leading to the same result:

• In the app:Dashboard → Profile → “Danger zone” → Delete account (opens this page).
• Right here: in the panel below, sign in, tick the confirmation, type DELETE and confirm.

2. What gets deleted

When you confirm deletion, the following is permanently removed:

• your login account and user profile (name, birth details, gender);
• people you added (e.g. for synastry) and their data;
• all readings, insights and history;
• chat messages and conversation threads;
• subscriptions, purchases and in-app transaction records;
• notification settings and email consent.

Deletion runs on the server and cascades to all related records, so no user profile or content tied to your account is left behind.

3. What is retained and for how long

Most data is deleted immediately. Certain records may have to be retained after account deletion, only where required by law or a legitimate interest:

• Accounting and tax records of completed payments — kept for as long as applicable accounting and tax laws require, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
• Minimal records needed to prevent abuse, ensure security, or resolve disputes — to the smallest extent and only while a legal basis exists.

Where possible, such data is kept in anonymized form, not tied to your deleted account. Payments are processed by the provider (e.g. Google Play); records on their side are subject to their policies.

4. Subscriptions — cancel before deleting

If you have an active subscription, cancel it at the provider before deleting your account. Deleting your Zvezdana account does not stop billing on the Google Play or PayPal side.

• Google Play:Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Zvezdana → Cancel subscription.
• PayPal: Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments → select Zvezdana → Cancel.

5. Deletion by request (email)

If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request from your account’s email address to support@zvezdana.ai. We may ask for additional identity verification to protect the account from unauthorized deletion, and will then delete the account and data within a reasonable time (subject to the same retention rules in section 3).
