These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Zvezdana service (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a subscription, making an individual purchase or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
The Service Zvezdana is provided by Marko Lekić, an independent developer based in Republic of Serbia. The Service is available via the domain zvezdana.ai and related subdomains and interfaces.
These Terms may be supplemented by specific rules for certain features, promotional campaigns, subscriptions and individual purchases, a separate refund policy or other parts of the Service. In case of conflict, the specific rules for a given feature prevail to the extent expressly stated.
To use the Service, you need to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, the security of your access credentials and all activities performed through your account.
You must promptly notify support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or other security incident.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the legal minimum age in their jurisdiction if higher.
Zvezdana is an online SaaS service. It provides features that process user inputs and generate astrological and AI-supported interpretations in digital form.
By starting a subscription or making an individual purchase, you obtain the right to access certain digital features within the app, and not ownership of any physical product or financial instrument. The Service is delivered exclusively electronically, through your account and the app interface.
Delivery of digital content and features may begin immediately after a successful purchase or subscription, or after you trigger a specific feature. There is no physical delivery of products.
Registration and the free tier are free of charge. On the free tier you receive a set number of monthly insights and questions each month at no cost, in line with the current rules of the Service.
A larger amount of insights and questions is available through a monthly subscription (e.g. Standard or Premium) or through an individual purchase of a single insight or a question pack, without a subscription. The price will be clearly shown before you confirm a subscription or purchase.
A subscription or individual purchase means purchasing a digital service and access to digital features. Once access has been successfully allocated to your account or used to access content, refunds are generally not granted, unless required by applicable law or where there has been a confirmed technical error on the side of the Service.
Where applicable law grants you a right to withdraw from a distance contract, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital service may start immediately after purchase. To the extent permitted by law, by purchasing you give your express prior consent for the digital service to begin immediately and acknowledge that, once fully performed, you may lose your withdrawal right.
For the avoidance of doubt, a monthly allowance or individual purchase that has been fully or partly used, as well as digital content already generated and made available to you via your account or interface, are considered digital services performed to the relevant extent.
Possible reasons for considering a refund include in particular:
Refunds are not granted solely because you dislike the style, tone, subjective impression, interpretation or conclusion of AI-generated content, nor due to your own mistake in entering birth date, time, place or other relevant data.
You should first send any request for problem review or refund to support@zvezdana.ai, with as much relevant information as possible about the transaction and the issue, including the account email, purchase date and a short description of the problem.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute via your bank, card scheme or payment processor without first trying to resolve the issue with support, Zvezdana may temporarily suspend access to your account or features while the dispute is resolved, to protect against abuse and ensure system security.

Zvezdana uses a combination of astrological rules, algorithms, software processing and AI models to generate personalised insights based on the data you provide. We strive for clear, meaningful and helpful content within the chosen model and input data, but we do not guarantee complete accuracy, completeness or applicability of each result in all situations.
Content generated through the Service is intended solely for informational, entertainment and personal reflection purposes. It does not constitute medical, health, legal, financial, investment, psychological or any other professional advice and cannot replace consultation with a qualified professional.
AI-generated content may contain limitations, simplifications, generalisations or inaccuracies. Results may vary depending on the accuracy of the data provided, context, selected functionality, system availability and your individual interpretation.
You agree not to make medical, legal, financial, investment or other significant life decisions solely based on content generated through the Service.
While we aim to keep the Service continuously available, we do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption, delay or error at all times. Access may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, security reasons, technical issues, third-party service problems or events beyond reasonable control.
Zvezdana reserves the right to modify, enhance, limit or discontinue certain features, plans, packages, prices, content or parts of the system, with or without notice, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zvezdana and the service provider are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, business interruption, data loss, emotional distress or other consequences arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
The provider is not liable for inaccuracies or consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated data you submit, nor for decisions you make relying on content generated through the Service.
The design, brand, visual identity, texts, software, app structure, databases and other elements of the Service are the intellectual property of Marko Lekić or relevant partners and licensors.
You may use content generated for you through the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes unless stated otherwise. Copying, redistribution, public display, mass reproduction, commercial use, reverse engineering or other uses are not permitted without prior written consent, except to the extent explicitly allowed by applicable law.
Data processing is governed by a separate Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and that you understand certain data processing is necessary for the functioning of the Service, content generation, user support, system security and transaction processing.
Service (transactional) emails — such as account confirmation, reading-ready notifications and purchase records — are part of the Service. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every such message or through the Email preferences page in your account.
Zvezdana may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in functionality, business model, billing processes, legal requirements or security needs. The effective date will be updated at the top of the document.
In case of breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, attempted fraud, chargeback abuse, system misuse or other behaviour that may harm the Service, other users or the provider, Zvezdana may temporarily suspend or permanently disable access to your account or certain features.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the provider's place of business, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
